Corpomedical
Vision 2031

A region that makes its own health.

By 2031 the essential supplies of Central America, the Caribbean and Venezuela should be sourced through the region, and the first of them made here. This is the plan, step by step.

The problem

Nearly every glove, mask, syringe and cannula used in the region is made in Asia and crosses an ocean in a container. In 2020 that container did not come. Hospitals ran out, prices multiplied, and governments paid whatever was asked.

Little has changed since. The region has the demand, the ports and the free-zone framework to organise its own supply. It does not yet have the group that will do it.

The answer

Build the supply where the demand already is.

The road to 2031

  1. 2026 · Phase 1Contract supply

Supply contracts and private-label productions in certified partner plants, ordered online. Registration files prepared country by country.

  2. 2027 · Phase 2Public programs

Strategic-reserve agreements with the first ministries of health. Corpomedical Digital opened to hospitals and distributors.

  3. 2029–2030Scale

More lines, our brands in every market, and one registration file for the Andean region and the Caribbean.

  4. 2031Made here

The region's first health-manufacturing group: essential supplies made in Panama for the Americas.

How we fund it without a warehouse

Demand first

Every production starts with a signed order and a deposit. We never buy stock on speculation.

Partner plants, then our own

Certified makers produce the first years' volume. The plant in Panama is built on that proven demand.

State-funded reserves

Governments pay for their strategic reserves; we source them, hold them under contract and rotate them.

Capital for plants only

Outside capital goes into lines and registrations, not into inventory. See the investor page.
